Classification and Types of Toxins
Common classes of drugs are included but not limited to:

• When toxicologists are at work to determine the cause of death if drugs are involved, they must discern whether the individual had died from: drug abuse, overdose, suicide, or by accident.
• Polypharmacy= death involved by a combination of drugs, prescribed or illicit
